BonZiBlu wishes to sell the Intellectual Property relating to these products. Upon the sale of this Intellectual Property, BonZiBlu will relinquish ALL rights of ownership, including all designs, technical or otherwise, as well as any Trade Marks existing on these product names. Furthermore, BonZiBlu will refrain from offering any products of like nature, or designed to perform the same function, to parties in opposition to the purchaser.
